Live Well... As Citizens

As many Syrian Christians (refugees) enter Canada, uppermost in their minds will be 'citizenship'.  How might they obtain it and what does it require of them?  These are important questions.  It's one thing to reflect on the meaning of citizenship in Canada.  When Peter addressed his readers in this letter, their circumstances were more like what Syrians experienced in heir homeland of Syria.  What is the Christian's duty while living under a repressive regime?  Peter's counsel might surprise us.
