We admire heroic behavior. So did Paul. In these verses, he holds up two men who embody the kind of ethical conduct that promotes church unity. One of them is the epitome of caring, while the other was a risk-taker for 'the work of Christ'. Knowing these two men will help us to become a more mature church.
